Unusual: It would be unusual for you to have a neuropathy at your age, but without additional historical facts (past medical history, family history etc.) hard to gauge. The symptoms may reflect something that is neurologic (e.g. Small fiber neuropathy) or hematologic so seeing your doctor for a referral might be helpful.
