Inhave a pinchy feeling in my urethra, no other pain. it comes and goes not too painful but uncomfortable. any ideas what this can be?

Normally a "pinchy": feeling might suggest a urinary tract infection with bacteria invading the bladder and urethra (even kidneys or ureters). But the intermittent nature of this may suggest inflammation from trauma (sexual, mechanical from bike/horse/etc) rather than infection. The symptom is suggestive enough, however, to seek evaluation and testing for infection ASAP. Good wishes:)
