Not enough data: Reported side effects of cissus are headache, intestinal gas, dry mouth, diarrhea, & insomnia. These are effects commonly associated with stimulating type chemicals. There are no studies on this chemical to have information on safety in use with other medications. But the side effects suggests that it may not interact well with adderrall. No evidence for use in muscle healing. Conclusion don't use.
