Lose weight: Lose weight for the sake of your health, not for the size of your penis. Bad health can make a penis, no matter, how big, a useless appendage. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

You won't gain : any actual length. However, if you have a lot of abdominal and suprapubic fat, it may be covering the full length of the penis from sight. If that fat is no longer there - then the base of the penis will be visible. Thus, it is possible to have the appearance of greater penile length.
