Does tanning help clear up pityriasis rosea? i know tanning is bad, but im suffering with this itchy rash and i dont go over board with tanning.

Ik tanning beds are bad for you. I tanned in one yesterday and a few hours later i got a sunburn rash across my chest and its the next night and its VERY ITCHY like worse then ever but the rash and redness is gone, i tan a lot but never had this?
