More info: More of a description of the testicular discomfort is needed in order to make a diagnosis.If there is significant pain, tenderness, swelling or a palpable lump, I recommend an evaluation by a urologist. Possibilities include a strained ligament, inflamed testicle, a growth or epididymitis.
