Be careful: No it is not safe. Half lives are indicative how quickly a drug is eliminated from your body. A drug like Flexeril mixed with alcohol can have increased side effects particularly drowsiness and should not be mixed with alcohol for at least 36 to 48 hours after the last dose of medication and even then everyone may eliminate a drug from their system differently. Be careful
