Gallstones: Phenergan (promethazine) is ok for the nausea, and you could also try zofran. These drugs will only mask the symptoms, though, and provide temporary relief. The number of gallstones is not helpful in determining the extent of your gallbladder disease, and consultation with a surgeon is necessary.
