Needs diagnosis: Urinary symptoms can be very troubling. Usually a straight forward UTI (urinary tract infection) is to blame, but rarely there could be other causes. It's extremely important for your doctor to do the correct work up- which includes a urinalysis and urine culture. If those are negative, I start looking for more rare causes such as herpes, trauma, or even an STD like Trichomonas. See a doc for help
