Blepharitis: Itchy, flakey eyelashes is likely this condition called blepharitis. See an eye doctor to confirm this. Often, baby shampoo applied with a small brush to the base of the eyelid is helpful. Make sure any cosmetic eye applicators are changed for new ones.
