Ceviche/sushi safe: Ceviche and sushi are safe during breastfeeding. There is little or no risk to the breastfeeding baby. Avoid fish that is high in mercury such as shark, mackerel and tile fish. Limit albacore tuna to 6 ozs a week.

Should be ok, but...: Ceviche from a reputable place should be safe to eat while breast-feeding, with the caveat that it may be a good idea to avoid certain fish such as white tuna, which may be high in mercury. Enjoy!
