Dermatologist: I'm unsure of whether such permanent and long-standing forehead marks can be removed, but a plastic surgeon or a dermatologist specializing in cosmetic therapy would be able to evaluate and advise you about the availability of treatment.

Probably keloid: You can try vitamin e ointment on it but my best advice is to see and ENT or a plastic surgeon who can diagnose it properly. These physicians can inject it or remove it and not leave a scar. The scar left will depend on the orientation of the longest part or the lesion. It also depends on the location if it is in a muscle crease or not. Good luck! Get an appointment soon.
