Sleep apnea. : So by symptoms, do you mean daytime sleepiness and snoring? If so, this could very well still be sleep apnea. A sleep study would tell us for sure.

Yes: Sleep apnea does not necessarily result in constant loud snoring. If you have other symptoms or risk factors for sleep apnea you should have a sleep study done that can rule out or in any apnea.
