I'm not sure what: your question is. Your description of bleeding very little after the abortion can certainly happen. It doesn't have any real significance, either good or bad. It's nothing to worry about. Most providers suggest beginning oral contraceptives/BC pills (if that is your chosen future method of contraception) the Sunday after the abortion. So all seems ok.
