No data to answer: I have not found any research studies that answer this question. Aguaje is said to be a rich source of phytoestrogens & is traditionally used to increase fertility. I would be cautious during the first trimester (when one should be cautious re: most supps) but as a fruit that is apparently widely eaten in the amazon during pregnancy it is probably safe.
