No: During colposcopic cervical biopsy a small piece (about size of a Nerds candy) of the surface of the cervix is removed and usually medication is applied to prevent bleeding. So imagine if someone were to take scissor to cut off a small piece of your nose, then put pressure and medication to stop the bleeding. Then 3 days later someone punches your nose - bleeding is somewhat expected, right?
