Specializes in Pain Management

If painful, surgery: Renal calcification from a nephrectomy, if painful, will likely require surgery. In the meantime, you likely need pain management.

ER: Please prevent to ER immediately for full history and physical imaging and management. You need immediate consultation with a Urologist, preferably the one who did your surgery and knows your history. Good luck
