My ear lobes have been itching and have burning sensation. i am totally deaf in my right ear from mumps i contracted as a child. ps advise. coco?

Infection would be unlikely to affect both earlobes simultaneously. A form of autoimmunity can attack cartilage, but unlikely to only effect the ear lobes. Very unlikely to be related to your history of mumps.
