Back pain: More description of the pain is needed in order to make a differential diagnosis. If it's Sharp, fleeting and worsened with a deep breath, it could be a pinched nerve. Gall stones and a kidney stone can cause pain In this area. A pinched nerve usually resolves. If the discomfort persists see your physician for evaluation.
