Needs work up: You don't mention age/sex and any risk factors for heart disease, such as diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and family history. Your symptoms need to be evaluated for heart disease. Classic angina (poor blood flow to the heart), is chest pain or tightness that also involves pain/tightness in the neck/throat/face or (usually), left arm. See your primary care doctor to exclude.
