Diarrhoea : Diarrhoea can be caused by mostly by virus, sometimes by bacteria and parasites. Rehydration is the most important thing . If diarrhoea is persisting for long or there is fever or blood in stool then stool test would be recommended. Please consult your doctor.

Evaluation: He should be seen by his pediatrician to be evaluate and have stool culture to find the cause so be treated.
