Strain injuries: Sudden maximal strain such as pushing a car can cause strain to rupture a brain blood vessel/aneurysm, or can cause a heart attack. Of course, muscle/skeletal injuries such as muscle strain, muscle tear, or ligament damage can also occur. If the car you are pushing starts to roll backward, this could also result in injury from the car itself. Much caution is needed during pushing cars manually.
