Look to your diet: What you are describing is a stomach ache with symptoms of reflux (heartburn). Heartburn increases with fatty foods including anything fried, fatty cheeses, fatty meats. Also caffeine, smoking, alcohol, and carbonation. These symptoms are all worse if you are over weight too. Your choices are to eat a better diet or see your doctor for medicine. I suggest adjusting your diet.
