That's normal: All your body background actives go up and down all the time. Heart rate, respiratory rate, deep breathing heart rate etc. Your body does things that you might not even think about such as digest food. The temperature also effects the test machine. Put your hand in a bowl of ice water for a bit then check again. Oops now it's zero. There are many more reasons, but your levels are all normal

Oxygen level: Those are normal fluctuations of normal oxygen levels. You need to search for another cause for your dizziness. An evaluation by your physician is indicated.

These are: all within normal range (Oxygen Sat changes within a normal range) Something else is causing your lightheaded/dizzy symptomatology! Hope this helps Dr Z

Normal: You are just anxious, try not to monitor your biodata that much, or even not at all unless necessary. Lightheadedness can be due to many reasons, the most common is hyper-ventilation, , if that is really a recurring problem see your doctor for assessment, otherwise, move on with your life, best wishes
