Any odor?: The main BV symptom is foul odor. BV is completely unrelated to ovarian cysts but CAN increase chances of cervicitis which often causes central crampy pelvic pain. Best course is an extended visit with a gynecologist who is willing to take the time to sort these symptoms out with you.
