I am 10 months post partum with abdominal cramps every day. no menses yet. if i press on right side i get pain up to navel. is this ovarian cysts?

Possible: Are you exclusively breast feeding? If not, seems a bit long for menses not to have returned. Is the uterus still enlarged? Do you feel any swelling on the right side when you press? In all, should see your ob gyn for exam/possible imaging and/or blood tests
