Without knowing what: type of IUD you have, whether you have menstrual periods or not or what you mean by "pregnancy symptoms," I can't give you much useful info. Pregnancy can occur with an IUD but the IUD causes complications. If a pregnancy test is positive, see a gyno ASAP. If it's negative, get care if you have heavy bleeding or cramping, fever or other symptoms. Dr. Anne
