Treating gonorrhea: Ofloxacin should never be used for gonorrhea, especially in the Philippines, where most gonorrhea is resistant to oflox and related drugs (e.g. ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin). See a doctor for an injection of ceftriaxone. If not possible, e.g. if you go through a pharmacy without a doctor, ask for cefixime 800 mg or azithromycin 2 grams; take either as a single dose. Partner(s) also need treatment.
