Yeast infection?: Most likely you have a vaginal yeast infection, often triggered by broad-spectrum antibiotics like ciprofloxacin. (The antibiotic suppresses normal vaginal bacteria that keep natural yeasts in check.) The main symptom of vaginal yeast is itching/irritation, with little if any discharge or odor. Usually easily treated -- check back with the doctor who treated your UTI.
