Urachal cyst?: It seems likely you have a urachal (also called umbilical) cyst, a minor congenital anomaly. It should be corrected, which is a fairly minor surgical procedure: if not corrected, it could get infected, which would be at best unpleasant and perhaps serious. See your GP (ideally at a time when the discharge is present). Good luck!
