When my bpm reaches 120/130 i can see my heart beat in my chest with clothes on. i can also feel it in my throat. is this normal? i also have anxiety

Maybe normal: Sounds like you are experiencing what is called palpitations, an anti anxiety drug may be helpful. EKG and possibly what is called a Holter monitor would be helpful to exclude various abnormal heart rhythms as the cause, in which case a beta blocker drug might be prescribed. Probably normal at your age.
