More details: More details would be required. I can tell you that many patients I see with migraine believe they have "sinus headaches" and they are actually migraine. If these headaches are new and different, then a face to face evaluation with your doctor is warranted. Do not hesitate to ask to be referred to a neurologist. You can also do a virtual consult here with myself or any other neurologist.
