Allergies?: Hi If it is seasonal and lasts for the entirety of the season, I would be very suspicious that it could be allergy related. It seems like an unusual to be isolated like that but itchiness and the fact that it is on both calves also suggests it is related to your environment. Might be worthwhile to seek eval from an allergist or dermatologist. Hope this helps
