Don't to it!: Antiseptics and soaps should never be used in the vagina. Never douche with anything: douching always is unhealthy, unnecessary for hygiene (the vagina is self-cleaning), and will not cure any infection or irritation. In fact, it often causes infections or makes them worse. See a doctor to learn the cause of irritation (maybe a yeast infection?). But do not douche with Dettol or anything else.
