How can i tell the difference between fatigue from depression versus fatigue from kidney failure?

Fatigue: You need to follow up with doctor to determine cause of fatigue. Kidney failure is diagnosed via blood work, depression is diagnosed via a series of questions. Sometimes people with chronic illnesses can also be depressed . Fatigue can be due to a variety of causes. See your doctor soon.
