Maybe: Intercourse should not cause bleeding. Some possible causes may include: rough intercourse, beginning of period, vagina or cervical inflamation, std, uterus fibroids. Have a doctor examine her.

Might be: Bleeding after intercourse is always concerning. It coudl be something as simple as a small tear in the vaginal skin or impending period, but could be polyp, sking tag or tumor. Please have it checked. In some cases, it is due to blood in semen and may be partnere's issue.
