Postcoital bleeding: cervical polyps, inflammation of the cervix caused by bacteria or HPV, ectropion (inside lining of the cervix spreads outside the cervix and it is more friable to touch), prolapsed fibroid, vaginal infections or are all possibilities. A simple pelvic exam can be the answer to your question.
