This could be the Posterior Superior Iliac Spine (PSIS). It is normally. It can be tender with pressure. Hard to know for sure without an exam.

what you might be feeling is the tip of your coccyx bone(tail bone) or the area where the coccyx begins, just off your sacrum and lastly as small pilonidal cyst. All of which are benign and are part of normal anatomy
