CHF fatigue: Blood pressure and pulse are adequate , though pulse is on lower end but not alarming. If you have congestive heart failure that can cause of fatigue especially if not treated. Do you have shortness of breath or leg swelling? Would check pro-BNP, thyroid status,glucose, kidney and lung function, and would check for pulmonary hypertension and sleep apnea. F/u/ w/ doc over next 24-48 hours
