More history needed: 18 y/o Female says, I am experiencing pain in my legs. Feels sore up my leg, but mainly under my knee? One needs to tell us more. At age 18, did one exercise in excess? Run, dance, walk long distance etc. Highly unlikely to be chronic disease like diabetic neuropathy and other nerve disorders. Is one taking BCP? More history needed. Plus it is a good idea to have one's PCP check them out.
