Not likely: Under normal circumstances! "implantation" of an early embryo into the uterine lining usually occurs 7 to 10 days after fertilization, that is , about day # 21 to 24 of a 28 day cycle. It is therefore not likely at all to "have implantation bleeding 5 days after a last period".
