Possible causes: I cannot give you a straight answer because there are still a number of possibilities. I am assuming that you have tried a number of OTC products in addition to Nizoral. For those with psoriasis of the scalp. patients may respond to a steroid shampoo. Head lice is a also a remote possibility. I would recommend seeing a physician to access other possible differentials.
