A doctor has provided 1 answer

Palpitations: That is what it is called when you feel your heart rate and the rate does not have to be accelerated. You are 62 years of age and it can be many things. You may have elevated bp, you may have different forms of arrhythmia tou may have overacting thyroid gland. You need to be examined clinically, blood test, and at least an e.K.G. So please do not delay and see your doctor, asap!
