ProbablyDueToTrauma: In my opinion it was the forceful attempt to pee may have caused trauma to the urethra and that caused the drops of blood as you mentioned.If it never happened before and does not happen again,then that is the explanation.But if it happens again then you need to get it checked by your doctor or a urologist.Another suggestion don't hold the urine for long in future,When you get the call just go
