Up to you: There are no studies I'm aware of, that cast a bad light on masturbation, but as the saying goes, all things within moderation are ok, and we shoukd avoid things in excess. I doubt there is an authority on what is "too much" for masturbation, but I would imagine as long as it doesn't interfere with your normal daily functions, your well-being, and your professional career, it would be 'healthy'
