Can you feel swollen lymph nodes/ glands when layin down or just when standing up? what i am feeling i can feel while standing but not laying down.

Both: Pathologically enlarged lymph nodes are palpable in both supine and upright positions. However, it would be prudent to see a doctor if you think that you can feel your lymph nodes.
