1 dose = 50 mg: and you shouldn't exceed 300 mg / day, divided every 4-6 hours, more than that you suffer more side effects as CNS depression and the like, also the drug may interact with other foods or medicines you are on, or if you have liver or kidney disease you should use less doses, so read the labels carefully, good luck
