Hi my bartholins cyst has ruptured on its own and has left a small hole should i be worried and how to i keep it from becoming infected?

Hole is good: If you see a small opening where the Bartholin’s cyst drained that can be a good thing. That allows fluid to drain and can keep the cyst from returning. One of the surgical techniques we use for these is to create a new opening. You may be doing that naturally
