Probably not: Impetigo is a superficial streptococcal skin infection. Pubic area shaving often causes folliculitis (pimple-like bumps), which sometimes is worsened by strep and could be considered a form of impetigo. However, this would not cause any irritation or other symptoms inside the labia. If you have open sores in that area, herpes is the best bet. If it's just irritation or itching, maybe yeast.

Not common: I would think of other diagnoses first; primarily a herpes infection. Have it seen.
