I don't know what: units the lab used to report your B12 level but, regardless, you're getting an adequate intake. If you're taking a supplement, you definitely don't need more. Some medications and medical conditions can raise B12 levels above the normal range but, again, without knowing the units your lab used, I can't advise your further.

Abnormal B12 level: Hello Jess S, you should be a little concerned about a B12 that high unless you're taking B12 pills in which case I would advise you to stop. A normal B12 level is between 300 and 500. Abnormally high B12 levels can indicate liver or kidney problems. You should go see your doctor for a check up and tell him about this. He may order further test or may want to recheck the lab result. Good luck!
